The space boasts three areas: the classic dining room, a Raw Bar counter opposite the open kitchen, also known as the Chef’s Table and Private Event hall.
Our cuisine’s specialty is implementing the Dry-Aging process, when fish is aged from several days to weeks, transforming its texture and adding a remarkable depth to flavour.

Matīss is one of the leading young chefs in Latvia, who has acquired his culinary knowledge by working in world-class restaurants and also in several well-known restaurants in Latvia.
Matīss's approach to cuisine combines respect for local ingredients with innovative thinking, creating dishes that transcend traditional gastronomy.
